In Glasgow & the west, the main entry point is Tay House, 300 Bath Street at Charing Cross. When you have a quote for the service, you may simply drop off devices at this location during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am–5:30pm) without an appointment. It is approximately two minutes from the M8. Each device is logged on arrival with a documented chain of custody and processed by one of our engineers on the recovery bench. All other locations within Scotland reach the same position in our queue as long as they send their drives via insured/tracked post. It's the same firm and the same standard however your drive arrives.
