There is one sentence in all of business data loss which could potentially cost more money than anything else, and that is "We'll just reinstall the operating system and get something up again." If the files in question are important enough to recover then there can be no reinstalls until after the recovery process is complete. Reinstalls overwrite the exact areas you need.

The moment all drives have been successfully copied here from the original devices, your provider may work on the originals with no loss possible.
